The Run reports public Alaska salmon data from the Alaska Department of Fish and Game: the in-season commercial harvest from the Blue Sheet, the April preseason run forecast, and the annual preliminary ex-vessel price and value tables, as ADF&G publishes them. Harvest is common-property and hatchery cost-recovery catch in thousands of fish, preliminary and subject to revision; sport, subsistence and personal-use harvests are not included, and confidential cells are suppressed at source. It is not fishing, financial or investment advice. Every figure is dated to what it reports and attributed to ADF&G; we do not forecast runs or prices, and the percent-of-forecast read is descriptive.
